Three generations of family members have worked in the poultry industry, and along the way, we’ve learned a lot and seen some opportunities to improve. We started AmeriChicken in 2000 knowing we could develop breaded, grilled, marinated, and IQF products for restaurants, convenience stores and delis that offer better flavor, crunch and consistency than what was previously available—and we have.
